LivINN Hotel St. Paul – I-94 – East 3M Area

The staff is brilliant! The front desk clerks are always friendly, funny, and knowledgeable! The breakfast staff goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of, and bellies full before the guests start their day! This is our preferred place to stay when visiting the Twin Cities! It’s also super affordable! We had an incredible stay at LivINN Hotel St. Paul and look forward to booking with their property again in the near future! This was a great stay. The guy who checked us in was fantastic and we really enjoyed our interaction. We stayed 2 nights and no housekeeping came, but maybe that was a request we were suppose I make lol Also... The hower was a bit of a struggle to turn on but we managed Overall a great experience Clean, friendly great breakfast

I have stayed here around five times. The location and cost make it the best place for me to stay with our son when we have appts. in the cities. Front desk staff always remembers him and the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Some bathroom fixtures need to be updated- hard to turn the knob for the water- but otherwise it was worth the cost. Great night's sleep.

I had a WONDERFUL stay at LivInn. One thing that really got to me was getting a late night knock at the door which startled me as my husband wasn't with me and it was just the kids and I. I did check and it was front desk asking me if I was in the correct room because someone else had claimed that my room belonged to them. I believe the correct way to handle this situation was to make sure that their reservation was under that room number first before coming to knock on the door. Two hours after that had accured, my husband had came back and we notice a guy roaming around the halls but didn't think of anything. 5 minutes later that same guy had came knocking on our door, and yes I did open the door because I thought it was my father in law but it turned out it was the guy who was roaming around. When he noticed I wasn't who he was expecting, he said wrong room and turned around and left.

This was overall a great stay and this will definitely be my go to when I’m visiting. Staff was great and helpful everything I need was at least 6/7 minutes away. Perfect the only issue is it only has 2 washer 2 dryer, so if your looking to stay and need to do laundry get up extra early.

This is not a "nice hotel". It smells vaguely of old cigarettes, a slight mustiness; however, it is very reasonably priced, has everything you need (from frozen pizza to ice cream) and in manned by the most amazing staff. Our neighbors had a big fight fueled by alcohol and rage, which resulted in us calling the front desk. The night manager, Kaleem, came up and was firm but concerned. He calmed the situation so easily, it seemed like a miracle. I have never been so impressed with a hotel worker before. This man has been given a gift and it not afraid to use it. I would definitely stay here again, because if for no other reason, I knew I was safe.

Very clean rooms, free all you can eat breakfast 6 to 8am dairy including .Sheets and bed ets clean. Noon smoking. If you do. $50. Dexinated smoking locations. Fee Tea and time at the lounge. Calm environment 12 seconds to jump on the free way I94. Fare prices for rooms. Very lage beds if alone or tldouble at your request. Great stuff & friendly. I feel at home. When I come in via the lobby, I said out Loud " AM HOME" Tyr it and thank me later with a cup of coffee

I found it clean and comfortable. It was in a decent area, felt safe. We were there only for one night, but I would stay there again if it was the price that I had paid. Had a microwave and decent sized fridge. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom nice size and smelt clean. It was quiet when we were there Breakfast was ok. Did have a hot food selection.
